On a Valle de Vida yoga & wellness holiday in Spain, you can swim in the pool, have a session in the hydrotherapy tub, sauna or steam room, or be treated by one of our experienced therapists. Our wooden hilltop yoga platform, open-sided but shaded, and with spectacular views over the Spanish mountains, has the capacity for 30 students and is a short walk from our yoga retreat centre. Our 100m2 enclosed courtyard studio is an adaptable inside or outside space, protected from the weather, also lending itself particularly well to creative workshops.
Amanda, the inhouse chef, is usually the most popular person on any yoga or health retreat! She dazzles our guests with dishes made mainly with great, fresh, local Spanish produce, and which cater to individual allergies or preferences (eg Vegetarian, Vegan, etc). Simply fill out your menu request on the web booking form. Expert at feeding anywhere up to 100 guests, Amanda’s banquets are the stuff of Valle de Vida legend. A popular recent development to our facilities is our open air poolside cinema, where we host film nights which of course can also be tailored to individual taste.

Our retreat in Spain welcomes groups practicing a broad range of yoga styles and systems, led only by experienced, qualified yoga teachers. Our wooden hilltop yoga platform is an inspirational place in which to practice, peaceful and serene, protected from the sun, and with spectacular views across Spain’s Cartama region and the mountain range. We also have a beautiful 100m2 enclosed courtyard, with adjustable glass curtains, perfect for the occasional days when protection is needed from the weather or to adjust the temperature for Bikram and hot Yoga. It’s not just yoga here; we welcome Pilates, mosaics, martial arts, meditation, music and the arts, as well as tailor made holidays in Spain. And for those who wish to come with families, certain times of the year are dedicated to those with children, with kids’ activities and creche facilities provided.
